Prices and payment
Our articles are displayed with prices stated excluding VAT in our online store. As a reseller for us, it is also possible to see your net price with us, provided you are logged in.
Payment terms are indicated in the checkout depending on the selected payment method.
Shipping terms are stated at checkout depending on the shipping method selected.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item – or an item that has been given a clear personal touch, the cooling-off period begins on the day we provide information.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if:

Warranties and service
Normal warranty according to the Consumer Purchase Act applies unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to repair the item if possible or alternatively replace it with an identical or equivalent item if it would have been from our supplier’s range. The products in our outlet may have damaged boxes, minor defects and the like, which we clearly inform about and also adjust the prices accordingly. If you do not think that the outlet product corresponds to the value of the reduced price, we want you to contact us as soon as the product arrives.

Deliveries
The delivery time is specified in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated next to the respective item.
Unclaimed packages
If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your goods will remain in the post office for four weeks. Unclaimed goods are returned to us. Returns
Returns are at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. Repayment obligation:
