A harness for certain models of Tesla Model S and Tesla Model X that lack a regular OBD-II connector, but have a diagnostics port instead. With this adapter, a bridge is created with an OBD-II port, for connecting e.g. OBD-II transmitters with connection to LED driving lights.
Note that this adapter wiring is not required for all models of Tesla Model S and Tesla Model X, but only those cars that don’t have an OBD-II connection. This can only be determined with a physical check of the car. The diagnostic port is often under the large touch screen in the car.
