Description

This “double cable kit” from Warn is looking to reduce both the angle and the wear on the rope. When a pulley is mounted far forward on the plow frame it reduces the angle of the rope out from the winch which ensures that the rope core breaks (cracked core of the rope reduces lifespan drastically).

Straps are included to attach the hook on the ATV. Double cable which also relieves the winch saves power and provides a slower and more controlled lifting and lowering of the blade which reduces the risk for the hook to get pulled into the winch etc. with the result that the cable breaks.

Warn Actuator is designed to raise and lower the plow blade with a keypad mounted on the handlebars to steer the Actuator. The unit is mounted down on the plow blade and needs minimal space. With a properly sealed engine it can handle the most extreme weather conditions. The engine is generous and provides a lift capacity of 136 kg, which is suitable for 50, 54 and 60 inch plow blades. Sling comes with the package and is easy to attach to the rack. The Actuator is easy to install and fits all Warns plows.

NOTE! Cannot be used together with Warn’s electric plow angle (Power Pivot).
